As the pandemic hits us so hard this time again that our different state governments now have to announce lockdowns . As we were trying to recover from last year economic slurge under the slow covers of Sars Covid 19 unaware of the fourth mutation bombardment . As the cases now being reported over 3 Lakhs everyday and people are gasping for beds , Oxygen Cylinders , Medicines and medical fraternity predicting a peak mid may , We are very little optimistic about opening of our markets and manufacturing soon . The various factors assosciated with these catastrophe like Labour migration after lockdown in cities , closing down of Small and Medium Enterprises and new startups , restriction on manufacturings and minings , global restrictions on exports and imports and increased fuel prices . The impact has already started showing up with as the cement bags that used to be sold at 390 in DEC 2020 is now being solt at 420 , Copper wire prices escalated by almost 20 % with similar 6 to 8 % inflataion in Steel prices in april itself . As Cement , Steel and Copper being three important composition of manufacturing sector and a catastrophe ahead can lead us to a slow revival ahead for Real State and commercial developers ahead .

However closing eyes and being pessimist can only lead us to darkness ahead. Atleast we can do planning work . We can think of alternative approaches , better designs and techniques to our traditional approaches of routine works , better or alternative designs to an existing models , more economical and more feasible approaches to our tasks , revamping of admin and management systems in our corporate works , changing our machines or tools which were impossible earlier due to operational environments , introducing new staffs and provide trainings to existing ones to do wonders , learn new tricks and bring improvisation in yourself.
